Responsibilities:
MBSE Model Guidance: Lead the program team in developing functional and non-functional requirements using MBSE models and structures.
Requirements Decomposition: Support the development and linking of SysML artifacts such as Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Block Definition Diagrams (BDDs), and Internal Block Diagrams (IBDs).
Data Architecture & Model Libraries: Guide the team in the creation and maintenance of data models and libraries based on the Ground Combat System (GCS) Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA).
Metrics and Tracking: Build and maintain MBSE-based metrics for program tracking, such as Trade Studies, Risks, and Design Decision Memorandums (DDMs).
Digital Engineering Support: Contribute to initiatives to connect digital engineering tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Cameo, MADe) for a seamless engineering environment.
Development of Style Guides: Create style guides for MBSE areas.
Support Program CDRLs: Ensure MBSE processes align with contract requirements for digital engineering.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent technical degree).
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a related engineering role, with strong experience in vehicle systems engineering.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Cameo experience is required (likely referring to Cameo Systems Modeler, a tool used for MBSE).
Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance is required.
