A champion of the student-first philosophy, the Campus Director will play an integral role in shaping and executing the College’s strategic goals as part of the President’s Council. Through active participation in institutional committees and close collaboration with colleagues across campuses and departments, they will cultivate a campus culture that reflects Baker College’s mission and vision. Additionally, the Campus Director will lead or contribute to impactful institutional projects, ensuring the campus thrives as part of the College’s broader initiatives.
