Lead and mentor mechanical engineering department design staff, including other licensed MEs, EITs
Prepares design documents, including setting up drawings for plans, isometrics, details, riser diagrams, and schedules
Design from conceptual through final design, and provide construction support services
Work with in-house detailing team during shop drawing process
Manage multiple projects and have strong oral and written communication skills
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems
Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing and ensure design conforms with all applicable codes and client standards
Proficiency in latest version of Revit and BIM workflows
