Identify, develop, and implement new technologies, automations, methods, and processes that improve ORBIS RPM operations.
Work with Operations to identify and eliminate problems and standardize processes to reduce waste via implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Collect data, perform analysis, (utilizing motion & time studies, plant layouts, process maps, Lean & Six Sigma tools, etc.) and provide recommendations to solve process issues.
Complete project cost justifications and submit documentation for Management approval.
Project Manage key tactical & strategic projects.
Facilitate cross-functional working groups (Kaizen or other).
Create and update Service Center layouts in AutoCAD.
Support and complete project implementation tasks to meet and sustain improvement goals.
Other duties as assigned.

Monthly reporting of CI initiatives.
On time delivery
Achieve CI savings target through project identification, execution, and sustainment.
Successful execution of key strategic projects as Project Manager.
Education/Certification
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field
Engineering disciplines preferred: manufacturing or industrial engineering
Preferred:
Lean Training and/or certification
Project Management certification

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Travel Requirements
This role requires a local presence, so applicants must live within a 2-hour driving distance of Louisville, Kentucky.
Ability to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally to support the business, including overnight stays and extended work hours during work meetings, travel may include weekends.
