We are looking for an aspiring Product Manager to join our Chemical Analysis Division team. You will assume product leadership and responsibility for the end-to-end life cycle management of our neutron generators value stream and will be key to improving the value we deliver for our customers, while decreasing our product costs and driving margin growth for our shareholders.
As Product Manager, you will focus on product leadership for our neutron generators, including the establishment of strategies to ensure short- and long-term growth in line with the company strategy. Responsibilities span the full product lifecycle and includes initiation of new product development, product care and improvement activities, geographic expansion, as well as product retirement. In addition to product management responsibilities, you will assume Radiation Safety Officer duties for the site.
The role sits within our Colorado Springs, CO site. It is a full time position and eligible for benefits starting day one. Work travel up to 10% may be required.
What will you do?
Lifecycle management, planning, forecasting, and marketing of assigned product lines
Advise customers with quotes per product requirements that are aligned with production capability
Develop value propositions and competitive positioning for product line
Monitor customer requirements and drive product line performance and quality improvement initiatives
Take day-to-day operational decisions related to product quality, supply prioritization, and customer support, balancing short- and long-term commercial impact with customer expectations
Lead new product introductions and drive initiation of launch strategy in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
Assist customers in overcoming technical challenges and regulatory issues
Ensure that customer-facing content/claims/labelling related to the product is customer-centric, accurate, aligned with intended use, and on-brand
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the global market for product area
Lead radiation safety compliance in accordance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Safety and other regulatory agencies
Lead site efforts for Global Trade Compliance, especially in regard to radiation producing products and radioactive materials
Who we are looking for:
Degree in a STEM field, or equivalent work experience
Foundational understanding of nuclear physics
Eligible to be certified as a Radiation Safety Officer in the state of Colorado
A commercial mindset and discernment, ideally coupled with some marketing or product management experience
Strong communication and relationship building skills; able to be persuasive and resourceful in overcoming barriers
Able to manage multiple competing priorities in an ever-changing environment
Fluent in English

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Colorado is $103,100.00-$154,700.00.
