Summary: Provides primary administrative support and perform drug and alcohol testing in office. Position provides coverage during clinic core hours typically 8:00a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Professionally administer all incoming and outgoing calls.
Great clients in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
Explains and distributes forms to patient to ensure proper completion.
Schedule clients for appointments and referrals as indicated.
Checks patients in and out of service center using appropriate systems.
Maintains inventory of office supplies.
Files, copies, processes, and maintains accurate client records (electronic and hardcopy files).
Support clinical staff as needed in performing drug and alcohol testing.
Carries a mobile phone for scheduled time periods and performs after-hours emergency drug and alcohol testing when needed.
Travels and performs drug and alcohol testing off site when needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent customer services skills and verbal communication skills
Punctual and dependable
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn other proprietary software systems.
Professional appearance
Adheres to all corporate policies/procedures and federal /state regulations.
Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
Physical Requirements:
Must speak, read and write in English. Required to talk, listen, walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lifts up to forty (30) pounds. Climbs stairs. Must sit and drive a commercial truck for periods of time.
