Assistant Underwriter


Salary:$65,000-$85,000 annually, DOE.

Onsite in Pasadena, CA




Overview:

Seeking a proactive professional to support the underwriting team with policy setup, account coordination, and data analysis.



Responsibilities:

• Process new submissions, renewals, and policy updates.


• Review applications and recommend approvals or changes.


• Analyze account details and prepare reports.


• Address agent inquiries and resolve billing issues.


• Maintain accurate documentation and calculate premiums.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience required


• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.


• Knowledge of commercial rating systems and policy terms.


• Authorized to work in the U.S.
