Job Description:

One of our clients in Irvine, California is looking for a Digital Finance Lead with the following skills and experience:



Must-Have Technical Skills:

1. 
   Celonis Process Mining Expertise
   




• Hands-on experience with Celonis process mining, including the ability to act as a Data SME and implement process optimization solutions.




2. 
   Corporate Finance Domain Experience
   




• In-depth knowledge of core Finance functions such as Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounting to align solutions with business needs.




3. 
   Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement
   




• Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies, designing streamlined workflows, and implementing process enhancements.




4. 
   Automation Knowledge
   




• Experience leveraging automation to drive efficiency and value delivery in Finance processes.

Must-Have Collaboration and Leadership Skills:

1. 
   Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
   




• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and process owners, to translate requirements into actionable solutions.




2. 
   Business Value Workshop Facilitation
   




• Experience conducting workshops to identify improvement opportunities and build consensus among stakeholders.




3. 
   Presentation and Communication Skills
   




• Ability to present progress, results, and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders, including leadership teams.

Other Critical Requirements:

1. 
   Prioritization and Management
   




• Capability to manage and prioritize incoming requests, enhancements, and competing deliverables effectively.




2. 
   Center of Excellence (CoE) Enablement
   




• Experience contributing to or establishing a CoE, providing thought leadership and promoting best practices.
