Work Schedule :

This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours between 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays every 7-8 weeks. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Work Experience

• 6 months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience Required
