Job Title: Temp Review Administrator

Job Summary:

This position maintains high integrity of the customer accounts and customer tariff application database. Both internal and external customers rely on the information in the Customers' Accounts and Agreement Management System.

Job Responsibilities:

Update, complete and review customer accounts to ensure proper alignment of accounts by analyzing bill of lading, quote requests, customer pricing agreements and contracts.

• Required Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Thorough knowledge of LTL industry, NMFC and Rules Tariffs, Bills of Lading as well as company policies and procedures preferred
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use decision making skills to resolve problems in a variety of contexts in a fast-paced environment
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees and customers
• Multi-tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities

• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
• Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
• Works and communicates well with other team members
• Demonstrates strong analytical and MS Office skills
• Possesses outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) with emphasis on correct spelling and grammar
