Description
New Mexico Junior College seeks a deeply committed and experienced academic leader to inspire, innovate and support our students, faculty and staff in our pathway to ever-greater fulfillment of our mission, vision and values. As the communitys college, serving a diverse and richly multi-cultural student body and as a Hispanic Serving Institution, our Provost & VP for Academic Affairs will bring focus, research, motivation and growth to our quest for productive teaching and learning that leads to student success in completion, and certificate and degree attainment.
In furthering our college-wide dedication to serving our students, the Provost/VPAA will be working collaboratively and creatively with our faculty, support staff and all members of the Presidents Executive Council with particular coordination with the Vice President of Student Affairs to ensure wrap-around support for all students. This is a twelve-month exempt position. Standard benefits apply. The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $170,000.
