Work directly with Business Owners, Technical Owners, Mobile Engineers, QE, and scrum master to deliver the mobile team's roadmap. Translate product and platform vision into user stories. Define requirements for each feature and own the writing, grooming and prioritization of user stories in the backlog. Be the advocate for user experience with the scrum team. Together with leadership, work with stakeholders across the company to understand and define their requirements and priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify, gather, and write business and functional requirements. Break features down into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Complete ownership of product backlog, including grooming and prioritization.
Identify and surface gaps in requirements, cross team and department dependencies and coordination needs, and risks to implementations; work with the right stakeholders to mitigate risks.
Attend meetings, kickoffs and work sessions with stakeholders to ensure solid grasp of the organizational vision, intent of features and value to be delivered to our stakeholders.
Ensure requirements and assumptions are documented and user stories are prepared for release planning of features. Actively participate in release planning.
Responsible for user story acceptance in the sprint; verify all of the user acceptance criteria has been met and the implementation matches the intent of the user story.
Educate stakeholders on scrum and agile best practices. Negotiate priorities and timelines across stakeholder groups.
Work with QA and leadership to document test cases, organize and lead UAT sessions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
3-5 years of Business Analysis and Product Ownership work experience with active experience in an Agile environment and with Scrum methodology for more detailed features and user stories.
Possess strong requirements gathering and analysis skills for both business and functional requirements
Possess the ability to acquire, compile, and evaluate large amounts of data
Product experience in Restaurant POS (Point of Sale)
