We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Services Business Development Lead to lead our growth efforts in both new and existing markets.As the pioneering member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base within the data analytics and AI sectors, with a primary focus on the healthcare industry. Your 8+ years of sales experience, particularly within a services or consulting environment, will empower you to identify and secure strategic accounts, nurture key relationships, and help scale our managed services and consulting offerings. The Business Development Lead will have the ambition and capability to not only excel individually but also take on a leadership role. As the organization grows, you will play a key role in mentoring, training and supporting a small sales team.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.Conduct customer-centric needs assessments to understand technology challenges and requirements.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase BENZAITs presence in the US healthcare IT market.Build and maintain strong, inclusive relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT directors, and departmental leaders in the healthcare sector.Present and demonstrate our innovative technology services, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients unique needs.Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts with transparency and focus on mutual success.Manage the sales lifecycle and serve as a point of contact for long-term client relationships.Willingness and ability to hire top talent to form a high-performing sales teamProviding training, coaching and ongoing support to ensure team members reach their full sales potentialLead by example. Setting the standard for success by demonstrating best practices in sales strategy, client engagement and goal achievementPartner with BENZAITs operations and recruitment team to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment with their strategic goals while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.Address customer service issues swiftly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to position BENZAITs effectively in the market.Qualifications:Education: A bachelors degree is preferred in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or Computer Science.Experience:8+ years in sales, account management, or relationship management, ideally within the recruitment, consulting, or managed services industry.Proven success in B2B sales, including cold calling and managing key accounts.A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, including team management, with a proven track record of successfully mentoring and leading high-performing teams.Demonstrated ability to drive results through strategic leadership and team collaboration.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Relationships: Existing connections with healthcare providers, payers, or industry stakeholders in the US healthcare market.Proficiency in MS Word (required), MS Excel (preferred), and Google tools.Must be able to travel an estimate of 1 week a month to various client sites within US marketPreferred Skills:Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with the US healthcare IT landscape, including regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and MACRA, and standards like HL7 and FHIR.Experience with healthcare IT solutions, including data analytics, cloud technologies, and AI.Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Salary:Salary range: $120,000-$155,000, plus a highly competitive incentive bonus program. The salary range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
