The Manager, Operations adopts a holistic perspective that considers data and analytics when reviewing strategic programs, updates to workflow, changes to policies and procedures and proactively anticipate the downstream impacts and other implications to workflow, the associates, and customers. In this position, you'll verify that expected changes and performance improvements are achieved and apply improvements, solutions, and learnings to projects based on business needs or requirements.
About the team:
The End-to-End team serves as a voice of the business by staying connected to our field leaders & associates to fully understand day-to-day operations, leader & associate pain points, as well as customer and associate journeys. The team is focused on continuous improvement driven by associate feedback and providing business insights based on evaluation of behaviors and key performance indicators.
What you'll do:
Identify areas of opportunity by designing and conducting program assessments, communicating potential risks with current processes, developing improvement recommendations to drive efficiencies, and collaborating with business partners to prioritize recommended solutions and process changes
Develop and oversee the implementation of tools and resources to drive improvement processes
Work with cross-functional teams to influence business leaders and obtain executive buy-in and approvals for continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
