What You'll Be Doing:
The Employee Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining an exceptional employee experience by managing a variety of administrative and support functions. This position is a blend of traditional HR admin, corporate services and event planning. We are looking for an individual to help facilitate a welcoming environment for our new hires and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers alike!
The ideal candidate is high energy, highly organized, detailed oriented, has a desire to help others, and enjoys a wide variety of tasks!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist with new hire onboarding/new hire set up.
Manage employee security badges and access.
Develop and actively manage company-wide Corporate and HR communications through postings, emails, breakroom monitors/slides, and a monthly newsletter.
Coordinate the monthly all-company meeting.
Plan and coordinate various employee events/celebrations throughout the year, to include blood drives, employee appreciation lunches, retirements, service awards, food trucks, off-site family picnic and more!
Serve as the main point of contact for the company's Wellness Program; help employees navigate the program, coordinate on-site activities, and communicate.
Perform HR administration to include: process employee status changes and help maintain accurate data in our HRIS, process terminations, create and maintain employee personnel files.
Serve as the primary back-up for the front-desk receptionist; to include answering and forwarding incoming calls, signing in and welcoming visitors, receiving/sorting/routing mail, and other duties as deemed necessary.
Field employee questions and concerns.
Other administrative support duties as assigned.
