Total Compensation should be between $100,000 to $140,000 with overtime
Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Hire and manage maintenance workers.
Supervise maintenance workers and contractors.
Organize and lead maintenance training sessions.
Promote and practice safe work habits.
Set shift schedules and task assignments.
Develop and enforce maintenance policies and procedures.
Order necessary tools, supplies, and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Conduct safety inspections at worksites.
Perform maintenance work as needed.
Assess worksites for necessary maintenance work.
Escalate issues to management and suggest solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient in maintenance best practices.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480-volt 3-phase systems, 120vac, and 24vdc controls.
Knowledge and experience with Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
High mechanical aptitude.
Welding experience is a plus.
Strong team-building skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Mechanical or Electrical degree preferred.
Completion of OSHA 30-hour training within the first month of employment.
Drug screening and physical examination required.
Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience required, with at least 5 years in a maintenance lead role preferred.
