Seeking a Business Execution Associate to join our Strategic Execution team within Corporate & Investment Banking. This role involves planning and executing various programs, services, and initiatives, while monitoring key performance indicators to ensure effective management of assigned operations or business groups.
Responsibilities:
Participate in planning and executing programs, services, and initiatives.
Monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management.
Review and implement policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
Conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Identify areas for advancement using technology and innovation to streamline processes.
Collaborate with mid-level managers and cross-functional business partners.
Engage with the business to review key items such as onboarding/offboarding, space planning, access/matrices, and subscriptions.
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
Train and collaborate with the I&P team to increase their Daily Ops responsibilities.
Enhance relationships with support partners (e.g., Facilities, SCTS, Admin., IT, TFS, IAM) to ensure seamless service execution.
Ensure an efficient and pleasant onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees, adhering to timelines and communicating effectively.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the corporate and investment banking industry.
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to research and report on various issues using problem-solving skills.
Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
Experience with hiring, onboarding, and space planning tools like HOST.
Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies.
Timely response to requests and inquiries.
Adherence to confidentiality practices.
Strong team collaboration and partnership skills.
Experience with access, software, and equipment requests (e.g., SIMBA, ART, AIMS, Software Market, ServiceNow, ePro, Ariba).
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home), subject to change based on company attendance policy.
