Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing a team of professionals responsible for the planning, design, and execution of Municipal Roadway projects. You will ensure project success, client satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role combines technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to drive our projects to successful completion.
Lead the planning, design, and execution of Municipal Roadway projects from inception to completion.
Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and direct the design team during planning, design, and construction.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring project goals align with their expectations.
Ensure that all Municipal Roadway projects comply with relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits.
Mentor and guide staff members, providing technical and professional development.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering with emphasis on treatment from an accredited four-year college or university
A Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Municipal Roadway design.
Proven track record of successfully managing or task-led treatment projects.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
