Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Instructor 2 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years training and curriculum development. Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with business leaders, strategic partners, and customers. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email. Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills.
