• Providetechnical support to end-users within the organization, includingtroubleshooting and issue resolution


• Assist Linde-AMT with infrastructure, digital, and application projects and support.


• PerformPC imaging and support tasks, including hardware and software installation,upgrades, and maintenance


• Serveas an interface between IT and the business, liaising with businessstakeholders to ensure that all IT initiatives are aligned with organizationalgoals


• Basicnetworking tasks, including setup and configuration of routers, switches, andfirewalls


• Documentall IT-related issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner

What makes you great

• Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, or related field


• Experiencein PC support and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, desired


• Participation in IT projects, desired


• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, and the abilityto multitask and prioritize work effectively, analyticaland problem-solving skills


• This position will report indirectly to IT and communicate with the leadership within that team, as well as reporting directly to PGT Ellisville leadership
