Our client is seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant in Baton Rouge, LA.
Role Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding 2.0. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional support and ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert-level support for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding 2.0.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, configuration, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of new modules and features as needed.
Skills & Requirements
Must Haves:
• 5-7+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors, specifically with Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding 2.0.
• Certification in at least one of the above modules (EC, RMS, ONB 2.0). SuccessFactors module (EC Certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pluses:
• SAP HR experience is a plus
