Volt is immediately hiring a Receiving Clerk for a local leading manufacturer.
As a Receiving Clerk you will:
Report to the Warehouse Manager
Be responsible for all receiving functions
Manage all incoming shipments according to procedures
Work with other warehouse leads and managers to ensure workflow remains consistent
Resolve discrepancies when incoming product does not match purchase orders/invoices
Provide hands-on leadership to ensure the receiving team is trained, developed, and coached
Review documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials
Receiving Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Receiving
Knowledge of computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making
High attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Effective oral and written communication skills; analytical ability
Pay for this position is $18-$19/Hour
