What You'll Do

• Develop and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the Salesforce platform


• Work closely with the Client project team to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality code


• Advise on best-fit platform and tooling to support Client vision and intended outcomes


• Lead technical mobilization and technical architecture creation


• Estimate story complexity related to application platform development


• Guide POC execution and interpret findings

What You'll Bring



• A self-driven approach with a "get it done" attitude


• Passion to solve complex business and technology problems


• Expertise in salesforce, specifically experience with salesforce lightning


• Hands-on experience architecting technical Salesforce solutions, including understanding of Salesforce development frameworks and configuration limitations


• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to craft scalable solutions

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $75 to $95/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
