Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school


• Membership with Georgia State Bar Association


• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and relevant labor laws


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative agencies


• Detail-oriented approach to case management, including document review and legal research


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Minimum of 5 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation and counseling.


• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
