Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to coordinate LP leak check appointments via phone contact with LP customers, for LP Safety Technicians.



Duties and Responsibilities:


Include but are not limited to

• Schedule customer appointments and reminder notifications
  
  


• Handle incoming calls in timely and professional manner
  
  


• Communicate important information to safety technicians
  
  


• Process electronic files to customer accounts
  
  


• Submit documentation to appropriate sources
  
  

• Strong verbal and written, communication skills
  
  


• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  
  


• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within strict time frames
  
  


• Detail oriented with the ability to process work accurately with minimal errors
  
  


• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
  
  


• The ability to schedule appointments efficiently for the technician
  
  

• Work well in a team environment
  
  


• Strong conflict resolution skills
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time
