Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to coordinate LP leak check appointments via phone contact with LP customers, for LP Safety Technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to
Schedule customer appointments and reminder notifications
Handle incoming calls in timely and professional manner
Communicate important information to safety technicians
Process electronic files to customer accounts
Submit documentation to appropriate sources
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written, communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within strict time frames
Detail oriented with the ability to process work accurately with minimal errors
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
The ability to schedule appointments efficiently for the technician
