All our institutional as well as individual clients receive a full continuum of support, services and placements to all students as per their IEPs.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design: Lead the architectural design process for complex software applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. Define and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and principles across projects. Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Design and implement security frameworks and measures to protect systems and data. Create proof-of-concept prototypes to validate architectural decisions and technology selections. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance application capabilities and performance.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, and engineers. Mentor team members, foster a culture of learning, and promote best practices in software development.Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in software development tools, platforms, and technologies, including AI, ML, and cloud-based data platforms like Azure. Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and user needs.Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelines. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define testing strategies and ensure software quality.Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively address them to ensure successful project delivery. Other duties may be assignedRequirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing client-server or Web-based enterprise applications. 5+ years of experience as an application architect with a strong background in leadership roles, leading software development projects, and overseeing delivery of production software. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as SQL, Java, C#, Python, ,NET, and R. Experience with managing SDLC, Change Management, and DevOps environments. Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation tools like Power BI, and familiarity with big data technologies such as Azure Event Hubs. Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure. Proficiency in DevOps tools such as GitHub. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
