We are seeking an Order Entry/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a passion for assisting customers and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Provide customers with Quotes of our products
Create Work Orders for production
Collaborate with production to assure customer deadlines
Provide support/coordination during and after production and shipping.
Enter orders after confirming customer's specifications
Experience:
Excel knowledge preferred
Previous experience in order entry/customer service or a related field is preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Versatile individual capable of working multiple roles
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
