We are expanding our practice that provides outpatient video and in-person counseling services to individuals in San Francisco and across California.As a therapist or counselor of our group practice, you will be seeing adult and teen clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management issues, and life transitions.This position must be staffed by an individual who is warm, passionate, and works well with a team.We are primarily a trauma and EMDR practice, so the ideal candidate for this role must be well versed in trauma and ideally have certifications in EMDR, or willing to receive EMDR training which the practice will pay for.We primarily offer online therapy, with the option to do some in-person therapy at our Noe Valley location as needed.We cant wait to hear from you!Responsibilities:Psychological assessment, treatment planning, and diagnosisManaging your own clients and scheduleKeeping up with clinical documentationAttending trainings or workshops for continued educationSome admin work for communication with clientsAttending group practice meetingsQualifications:Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related fieldFormal training in the areas trauma and EMDR preferred2 years minimum successful experience as a therapist/counselor or equivalent experienceLicensed individual preferredClinical experience with individual therapy for adolescents and adults, familiar with clinical implications of; trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger managementWork RemotelyYesHOW TO APPLY:Please email to alana@calmagaincounseling.com the following 2 items:1.
