AMSOIL INC. is looking for a Business Systems Analyst! In this role you will work with stakeholders to analyze, enhance, develop, and maintain business applications according to the organization's requirements. You will also solve operational problems and ensure the effective use of the business applications while meeting established business strategies and standards. This is the ideal role for someone looking to continue their career in a supportive and collaborative IT work environment. This position has a hybrid work schedule reporting onsite to the corporate headquarters in Superior, Wisconsin at a minimum of 2 days a week.
Core Responsibilities: • Analyze, enhance, develop, modify, and test business applications to meet requirements • Develop data-driven reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and alternative solutions for system-related issues. • Work to enhance the effective use of business systems and define solutions that are consistent with business strategies and standards • Utilize software solutions to enhance ERP system output, ensuring the organization benefits from streamlined workflows and comprehensive analytics • Provide data integrity methods to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient use of data across the business applications
Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience and demonstrate the ability to utilize a programming language to achieve business results • Proven work experience with Microsoft Data Technologies including SQL Database Server (i.e., T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, SSIS, SSRS, and SharePoint) • Experience working with ERP systems; EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) preferred • Education in or experience with the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Keen attention to detail • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently • Desire to continually learn and work in a team-oriented environment
