What You'll Be Doing:

As a Traffic Signal Foreman, you’ll be the critical link between our Superintendent and the project crew, ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your leadership will be key to maintaining high standards on site. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and assisting crews to ensure work meets or exceeds project requirements.
• Developing a thorough understanding of project plans and specifications, and making sure your team understands them too.
• Overseeing equipment care and inventory, ensuring everything is ready and safe to use.
• Participating in project start-up and progress meetings, and preparing activity and safety reports.
• Leading by example to ensure safe working conditions for everyone on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong blend of hands-on experience and leadership skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in Traffic Signal Installation and Crew Management.
• CDL A with a clean driving record (required).
• IMSA Certification (preferred).
• Experience in Commercial and Industrial Electrical Work.
• Familiarity with highway lighting systems, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and roadway signing (preferred).
• Crane Certification, OSHA 10, and Traffic Signal Level I or II certifications (preferred).
• Ability to understand construction plans and methods (preferred).

Physical Requirements:

This role requires a physically active person who can handle the demands of:

• Standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
