Position: First Time Caller and Collection Assistant
Location: Yakima, WA
Job Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time)
Pay: $22/hour starting

Are you looking for an opportunity to start or grow your career? We are seeking a dedicated First Time Caller and Collection Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make first-time calls to customers/clients for various collection activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries related to payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets.

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual skills are a plus (ability to communicate effectively in more than one language is highly desirable).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or collections experience is an advantage, but not required.
