We are seeking a Senior Lead UX/UI Designer to join our Design Discipline in New York. In this role, you will contribute to impactful digital experiences and strategic challenges, working on high-impact projects across various industries. You will engage in projects that require a balance of design precision and strategic vision to produce solutions that meet both user and business needs. As part of the Design Discipline, you will play an active role in evolving design practices and methods, contributing to setting the standard for design excellence within the organization.
As a Senior Lead UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences that integrate into broader service ecosystems, ensuring clarity and usability in every interaction. Collaboration in your role will be key, as you will work within many multi-disciplinary teams, including the Customer First Concept Lab, a design and innovation accelerator. By working with industry experts, technologists, and designers, the team collectively develops, tests, and refines ideas to create actionable solutions that help clients and stakeholders better understand and implement innovative concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive digital interfaces, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Align digital design with service blueprints and operational workflows to ensure a seamless end-to-end omnichannel user experience.
Prototype and test digital solutions based on user insights and feedback to enhance usability and engagement.
Collaborate to ensure digital products meet business goals and operational needs.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all designs, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse users.
Contribute to the development of reusable design patterns and components to ensure consistency across projects.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to incorporate into future design solutions.
Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, interaction design, and service design.
Advanced proficiency with design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on experience working in agile environments.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide projects from ideation to execution.
Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting design work and aligning with stakeholder needs.
A problem-solving mindset, capable of transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable design solutions.
A collaborative approach, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse industries.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $200,000 -$240,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
