Job Description:

As a Package Delivery Driver, you'll deliver small products from our retail stores directly to customers' homes while approaching each delivery and customer interaction with complete care. You'll represent the Best Buy brand throughout the entire order process, from pickup to drop off, while adhering to our standard operating procedures. You'll help us provide punctual, friendly and customer-focused delivery experiences.

What you'll doDrive and operate Best Buy vehicles in accordance with local and state lawsManage in-store delivery pickups using a personalized delivery queuePartner with the in-store operations team to confirm product details prior to deliveryObtain customer signatures on high-value products as neededEscalate delivery issues to our leaders to help resolve issuesBasic qualificationsCurrent, valid driver's licenseMust be at least 21 years oldHave and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g., minimal number of violations/accidents)Acquire, gain and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of being hiredAbility to consistently lift 50 poundsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekendsPreferred qualificationsCustomer service experienceWhat's in it for you
