Job Description:






Responsibilities:



  • Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries

  • Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients including but not limited to:

    • State and Federal Compliance

    • Policy and handbook creation

    • Recruiting

    • Onboarding

    • Benefits Administration

    • Compensation

    • Performance Management

    • Employee Relations

    • Reporting



  • Coordinates manual changes and system updates with payroll processor and maintains data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system (ADP)

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client's organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks

  • Work with brokers to establish group benefits plans and manage entire benefits administration process (open enrollment, plan design, employee questions, invoice auditing)

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox

  • Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables




Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies and/or a combination of education and relevant experience

  • One to three years of HR experience,

  • Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)




You're an ideal candidate if you also have the following preferred qualifications:


  • Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis

  • Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)

  • Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients

  • HRCI / SHRM certification
