Job Summary
Xfinity's consumer products are critical to the future success of Comcast, connecting customers to what matters most. The industry is rapidly evolving and we are developing innovative products to respond to customer needs and new competitive threats. The Consumer Services Product team is at the forefront of identifying and developing the strategies for these new products. This Sr. Analyst role will help lead the product strategies to enhance the value and differentiate our portfolio of consumer products. This individual will work with our Internet, Mobile and Entertainment product management leads and cross-functionally across the entire organization to develop differentiated product strategies and roadmaps, which will enable us to grow both connects and revenue per customer. Among other duties, this individual will help be responsible for customer insights, product ideation, extensive data analysis, competitive analysis, business case development, feasibility assessments and go-to-market approaches.
