The AD Digital Products is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of digital products that support business and member outcomes for health plan members, producers, and providers. This role drives innovation and excellence through agile product development, strategy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

Preferred Key Experience:



  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management: Proven track record of successfully leading digital product teams and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs, with a focus on digital engagement and customer experience.


  • Data & Analytics: Experience with data products analysis and interpretation, and ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure product success, including expertise in tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.


  • Experience with digital product platforms and tools: Familiarity with digital product platforms and tools, such as content management systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, with a focus on integrating multiple platforms to drive customer engagement.


  • Experience with mobile app development: Experience with developing and launching mobile apps, and understanding of mobile app development methodologies and best practices, including expertise in native app development (iOS and Android) and cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter).

Qualifications and Certifications:


  • AD Product Management would have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field


  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital product environment.



  • MBA preferred

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital product strategies that drive growth, adoption, and retention.


  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven agile product development processes.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Ability to negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness.


  • Demonstrated success in management of strategic relationships with external partners and vendors.


  • Experience in health insurance, healthcare delivery, healthcare operations, and/or healthcare data is preferred.




What You Will Do at Cambia (Not limited to):


  • Define Digital Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy that aligns with business and member outcomes, driving growth, adoption, and retention.


  • Lead Product Portfolio: Oversee a product portfolio for member, producer, and employer products, ensuring high quality and performance across all products.


  • Drive Agile Product Development: Apply expertise in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) to drive innovation, reduce time-to-market, and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.


  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with UX, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Business leaders, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital product initiatives.


  • Stay Customer-Focused: Monitor current and emerging consumer habits to deliver value to members, producers, employers, and providers.


  • Measure Success: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital product initiatives.


  • Optimize Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with vendor partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal value delivery.




The expected hiring range for The AD Digital Products is $185k-200k, depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 25%. The current full salary range for the AD Digital Products is $136k Low/ $171k MRP / $223k High
