What You Bring to Cambia:



Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital product environment.





Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital engagement strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth.


  • Demonstrated understanding of digital consumer habits and trends and how they should be applied to our business.


  • 5+ years of people leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and direct a team of product managers.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Ability to negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness.


  • Demonstrated success in management of strategic relationships with external partners and vendors.





What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product and experience strategy leveraging existing and emerging platforms and data technologies.


  • Lead and direct a team of product managers to develop and launch new digital products and features that meet customer needs, preferences, and drive behavior change at scale.


  • Drive full funnel conversion by optimizing the customer journey and streamlining the conversion process.


  • Scale the efficiency and efficacy of our digital capabilities by implementing process improvements, leveraging data and analytics, and identifying opportunities for automation and innovation.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital engagement initiatives.


  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital engagement initiatives, including engagement metrics, customer acquisition, and retention.


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital engagement, personalization, and user experience.




The expected hiring range for a Group Product Manager- Digital Products is $145,400 - $196,700 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 25%. The current full salary range for this role is $136,000 - $223,000.
