Location: Napa Valley Care Center, Napa, CA

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Starting Wage: $41/hr

Job Description: Napa Valley Care Center is seeking an energetic, motivated, and caring Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and eager to work in a collaborative environment. As a PTA, you will assist in delivering high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the physical therapist in planning and implementing treatment programs.


• Carry out treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.


• Monitor patients' progress and report findings to the physical therapist.


• Educate patients and their families about the treatment plan and how to achieve maximum benefits.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.
