As a Lock Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to loan lock inquiries and assisting with lock desk questions while maintaining exceptional customer service for internal Loan Teams and external partners. In addition, you will work with business partners across multiple teams to gather required data for appropriate metric tracking.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
Manage requests and answer questions from Loan Teams on their pipeline and prospective loans. Gather loan information and connect with other teams when additional help is needed.
Work with correspondents to ensure proper workflows.
Maintain lock/pricing data within Lock+ and Encompass origination system.
Remain knowledgeable and up to date on all policies related to lock desk and effectively communicate them to stakeholders when appropriate
Ensure accuracy of daily pricing.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
