Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments) 3. Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives 4. Monitor and maintain store inventory 5. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs 6. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best 7. Monitor operating costs, budgets, and resources 8. Suggest sales training programs and techniques 9. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs 10. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning 11. Handle complaints from customers 12. Research emerging products and use information to update the stores merchandise 13. Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition 14. Make sure all employees adhere to the companys policies and guidelines 15. Purchase Inventory required for the business. Travel may be required between Whichita Falls and Dallas Ft Worth metropolitan area. On call 18 hours, seven days a week.
