NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH (NPL) MANAGER
Plastic Omnium Lighting Systems, Inc., Hendersonville, TN. Supervise &lead project team w/ 2 Project Engrs &Pkgg Engr, exercise responsibility for Hendersonville Plant w/ 9 Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines, Controlled Electrostatic Sensitive Discharge (ESD), selective soldering processes to ensure wire harnesses connection to Printed Circuit Boards Assemblies (PCBAs) that interconnect &connects lamps to psgr vehicle; conformal coating processes to protect PCBAs from contamination &contact w/ water; &assure integrity of low/high beam &other lights, LED Drive Module/Red Green Blue boards, &rocker light carpet projectors during high volume production, for delivery to OEM vehicle makers &Tier I suppliers. Plan &assure pkgg, assy, &launch of ICE/HEV/EV psgr vehicle head lamp; Rear Lamp; grille lamp syss; Center High-Mounted Stop Lamp; Side Markers; rocker light carpet modules, &license plate lights, incl. PCBAs, LEDs, lenses, bezels, wire harnesses, &press fit pins cmpts, &conformal coatings. Bachelor, Industrial, Mechanical, Automot Syss Engrg, or related. 24 mos exp as Engr, Mgr, Supt, Supv, Leader, or related, exercising responsibility for plant w/ SMT lines, ESD, &ensuring integrity of PCBAs, conformal coating processes to protect PCBAs from possible contamination or contact w/ water, or related.
