Knowledge Management Coordinator (Mid-Career Level)




Sterling Heights, MI




Contract Position




Knowledge Management Coordinator job in Sterling Heights, Michigan is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Defense company. Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, you will contribute to innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide.



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage training programs for engineering teams, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.


• Organize training logistics, including rooms, equipment, security, and communication with attendees.


• Maintain and update training data, including attendee lists, course feedback, and costs.


• Upload knowledge artifacts to Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge Management System.


• Provide monthly status reports on training budgets and courses completed.


• Support proposal management by extracting status reports, coordinating engineering inputs, and tracking approvals.


• Compile and manage capital project data, status budget approvals, and updates.


• Serve as a backup for capital planning and proposal support tasks.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required


• Bachelor's degree required.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Ability to work on-site with occasional overtime.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.


• Experience coordinating training and providing budget status.


• Knowledge of engineering processes.
