Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a professional and innovative individual to lead the strategy and development of our training programs for Manufacturing and VI learning in Pullman, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience developing blended learning models. They should demonstrate proficiency in instructional design, performance management, needs analysis, and adult learning techniques.
As a Program Manager, a typical day will include the following:
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across diverse teams to manage strategic learning initiatives.
Implement and manage mid to large company learning programs.
Design, create, maintain, and improve training programs in order to meet company objectives.
Ensure leadership, coordination, and execution of program improvements.
Provide leadership to create a productive, creative, and collaborative work environment that reflects and advances SEL culture, values, and objectives.
Provide performance data, analysis, manage program milestones, and document project activities.
Understand. Create. Simplify.
Other duties as assigned.
This job might be for you if you have:
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in program administration and implementation.
The ability to travel to all Manufacturing locations as needed to meet program requirements.
Proven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Salary Range Data:
We anticipate filling this position as a Program Manager: $66,800.00 - $104,600.00 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
