What You'll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and support our team of skilled nurses and caregivers, helping them thrive in delivering exceptional patient care.


• Develop and implement nursing strategies that promote quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.


• Oversee staffing, budgets, and the daily operations of the nursing department to ensure seamless care.


• Foster a positive work culture by providing guidance, education, and professional development opportunities to the nursing team.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care plans.


• Build relationships with residents and families, advocating for their needs and ensuring a compassionate care experience.

What You'll Bring:

• A Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (Required)


• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.


• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in nursing.

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 annually. Bonus opportunity available!
