Serves as the point of contact for the campus digital network video boards and kiosks using visual communication software. Coordinates with social media team to ensure consistency of content. Develops policies governing content, placement, and design for the campus digital network and other digital signage. Other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
50% - Essential - Content Management: Serves as content management coordinator for campus-wide digital video boards and kiosks. Coordinates, schedules, obtains and approves content for video boards and kiosks throughout campus. Has the ability to take content in various formats and work with the visual communications software provided to upload content for video boards and kiosks. Works in conjunction with campus partners to develop content scheduling.
20% - Essential - Policy Development: Coordinates creation of strategic policies including items such as a style guide, required static and non-static content formats, content scheduling formats, and live content formats. Develops a prompt and consistent request and approval process for network content.
20% - Essential - Other Activities: Works closely with the social media team to place relevant and unique content on video boards in an effort to strategically support marketing and communications priorities. Coordinates content with MarCom team to compliment channel strategies.
10% - Essential - Analytics: Working in conjunction with visual communication software company, develops analytics and metrics on interactions and/or views of the video boards/kiosks to examine effectiveness and efficiency, in coordination with other analytical reports created through the Division of Marketing and Communications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - Bachelor's Degree Work Experience - 2+ years - Experience working in video, graphics and/or technology area
