The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea , is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join th e Food & Beverage t eam !
Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star , AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.
In this role you will overseeing the operation of Botero Lounge and 20 Front of House Team Members. You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a passion for motivating a team of food and beverage professionals. At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in restaurants is required. Strong beverage knowledge and Union management experience is a plus.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering the activities and services of a designated restaurant(s) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
