Job Summary

Lead and manage the multi-year transformation of HR technology portfolio across the organization. Responsible for implementing, managing and setting the HRIS strategy for Workday and Kronos, our primary people systems, as well as providing thought leadership for other HR systems globally. Increase and expand Workday capabilities to build streamlined and scalable processes, provide meaningful insights and analytics for the business and to improve the employee experience. This role also develops the delivery model for all basic, "standardized" core HR transactions and leads the design for the HR ops delivery model, including: performance, evaluation and improvement efforts. This involves call center support, case management, transactional processing, etc. which is focused on accuracy, timeliness and resource efficiency.

Job Description


  • Review, evaluate and implement best practices for global HR Applications such as but not limited to, Workday, Zendesk, Tableau, Kronos, AWS edge computing, HR Cloud and On-Prem infrastructure support.


  • Drive the strategy and successful delivery deployment and adoption of all HR systems, with emphasis Workday and Kronos.


  • Optimize the use of HR tools, drive HR process standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility.


  • Drive discipline throughout our HRIS and business processes to ensure a consistent and repeatable experience for stakeholders.


  • Maintain a working relationship with business stakeholders, including Information Services (I/S) and enable continuous process improvement including ROI (Return on Investment) and cost reduction leveraging insights uncovered through process mining and process improvement tools.


  • Collaborate with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and the Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver technical and functional roadmaps to deliver best class technology with low cost to manage, support and operate.


  • Own the HR data dictionary and architecture. Responsible for ensuring accurate and audited data elements that are secure and comply with regulatory requirements.


  • Manage vendors ensuring internal and external service levels, invoicing and regular business reviews.


  • Partners with business leaders and HR leadership across U.S./Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions to develop the systems and process roadmap to support the regions aligned with the organizations technology strategy.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


  • 7 years of progressive experience supporting HR technology/systems/HRIS solutions that includes implementations on a global scale, business process improvements and development of a self-service culture.


  • Experience successfully implementing large-scale HCM solutions including HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance Applications for global companies. Experience driving major change/transformation initiatives in a highly-matrixed organization.


  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical, project management and prioritization skills.


  • Experience in leading a Workday environment. Experience in leading teams, including direct reports.


  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills while exercising sound judgment.


  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization.


  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to work as a “hands-on” manager and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.


  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement.


  • Proficient using of Microsoft Office with advance Excel skills.


  • Collaborative within a matrixed HR operating model and with corporate/business stakeholders.


  • Highly adaptable and agile to manage and influence complexity and evolving priorities.
