Lakewood Post Acute specializes in 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms. What to Expect:

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Director in a nursing facility is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our industry, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner for the residents/patients we serve.

Successful Candidates:

• English proficiency


• Supervising experience in Healthcare Industry


• Experience with State and Safety audits (Life Safety) within Skilled Nursing and Acute Care facilities


• Mechanical knowledge with electrical experience


• Maintenance management skills


• Familiarity with schematics


• HVAC and facilities management experience


• Leadership qualities and project management skills
