We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our Special Assets Team.



Responsibilities

Adminitrative support for Department lead and/or team members

Customer Service & Support:

  • Deposit and loan account support (Account research, loan advances, transfers, stop payments, etc.)
  • NSF/Overdraft management & reporting
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and loan closings
  • Post loan closing customer follow up (If necessary)

Commercial Loan Support:

  • Scanning and tracking financial information, loan documents and exceptions in the Bank’s systems (Synergy, LQAS, Etc.)
  • Order appraisals and environmental reports
  • Order searches (Real estate, flood, UCC, credit reports, etc.)
  • Order loan documents, review, and organize for loan closing
  • Notarize documents
  • Book loans including any loan advances and GL entries
  • Reg B small business adverse action notices

Ongoing Administrative Support:

  • Generation and distribution of department production and portfolio administration reports
  • Prepare and process accrual and charge offs forms.
  • Prepare outgoing default letters and send certified and regular mail.
  • Ordering and maintaining department supplies
  • Cash Management support (including merchant services)
  • Department board reports (Loan Loss Reserve, Asset Quality Review etc.)
  • Special projects and additional duties as required.

Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including Univest Code of Conduct

Responsible for Special Projects as requested

Perform additional duties as required.



Qualifications

Strong administrative skills, including organizational abilities

3-5 Years Administrative/clerical experience preferred

Microsoft Office Proficient

Familiarity with various operating systems

Ability to deal with pressure, prioritize work, and apply problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and within guidelines and procedures

Strong ability to communicate in a professional manner with internal employees and external customers

High school diploma/GED required, college degree preferred

Professional attitude and willingness to work together with a team towards common goals

Wage Range:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $30.00
