Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Supply Chain Analysis to join our West Hartford, CT Team.

Responsibilities

•Coordinates the returning and distribution of aerospace materials, production parts, and supplies for the organization.
•Prepares Supply Chain reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Reports including monthly receipts, return to vendor inventory and consignment inventory will main focus.
•Work with other departments to mitigate Receiving, Quality and Finance issues related to production inventoried part receivables and returns.
•Track consigned inventoried production parts including inventory transactions, debit memos, PO maintenance.
•Track non-conformance repeat offenders and alert Supply Chain and Quality teams for resolution.
•Work with the Planning dept on cycle counting and inventory related problems where Supply Chain and Planning intersect.
•Work with the Supply Chain dept on updating past due POs to give accurate projected Receipt dollars to Finance and Material Management Planning.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
•Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
•Computer skills with inventory software; Order processing systems; Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software also desirable.
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak effectively before groups of internal customers or employees of the organization.
